Have Claims of 2020 Election Fraud Been Debunked?

Eight "Prominent Conservatives" Say Yes

In response to my repeated assertion that massive 2020 election fraud is “well-documented”, a friend sent me the following link referring to an extensive piece written by a group of purported “prominent conservatives” claiming to have thoroughly debunked all important claims to such fraud. Their condescending stated intent was to enlighten all their benighted, delusional fellow conservatives who believe 2020 election fraud did take place and made a difference in the outcome. My immediate reaction to this piece was to note that just sayin' it don't make it so - especially when those sayin' it are dug-in, inveterate Trump-haters who have been publicly and rabidly against him from the very start and have never acknowledged any of the good he did for the country - accomplishments that shine ever brighter as the destructive, anti-American debacle of the illegitimate Biden regime continues to unfold, tearing the nation down with it and eating away the well-being of the American people. Revealing their true colors, these writers wear their anti-Trump bias like a badge of honor instead of the scarlet letter it actually is - an intellectual, moral and spiritual stain on their own character.  

Claiming to be a "conservative" doesn't make one a conservative - a conservative is as a conservative does - and, based on what Donald Trump, notwithstanding his personal eccentricities and shortcomings, actually accomplished for the country while he was president, he was and is, in my view, demonstrably far more protective and conservative of America's true interests than those who have all along taken shots at him from the peanut gallery.

Moreover, their claiming to have "rebutted" Trump's and virtually half the country's concerns and claims that there were massive and determinative irregularities in the 2020 election is, in my view, in the face of the telling weight of unanswered evidence, an intellectually insulting lie shoveled up by these Trump-hating seditionists. They are writing condescendingly to persuade those they consider ignorant, gullible fools, people they hope will suspend their own understanding, fail to inform themselves and trust in the dictates of their betters. In my view, in the face of the existing evidence, they could not possibly have produced their “report” with honest intent. They are not simply misguided. They are venal.

Let me cite here just two areas of election fraud investigation - both of them indicating fraud on a scale more than sufficient to change the results of the 2020 election - that have produced evidence that, notwithstanding all the frivolous, ad hominem garbage thrown at it, has not been credibly answered or debunked by those who maintain the 2020 election was not only free and fair but, believe it or not, the freest and fairest in our lifetime.

First, note the results presented in Mike Lindell's "Cyber Symposium" a year ago, wherein his team presented hard evidence - documented records of internet traffic - showing that electronic voting machines across the nation, in virtually every state, but particularly in "swing" states, were hacked into, primarily from China, and the vote tallies massively manipulated in Joe Biden's favor. (This was an activity on the part of China, who even then had Biden in their pocket, perfectly consistent with their anti-Trump bias - Trump being the first US president in memory to stand up to them.) Lindell has offered $5 million to anyone who can credibly show his data are not sound. No takers. Those seeking to debunk Lindell's data claimed for a time that the voting machines were secure, had no internet connection and could not be hacked. Their argument collapsed recently when a US Government agency acknowledged the machines were indeed vulnerable to hacking.

Second, consider the geo-tracking data presented in the recent documentary film "2000 Mules".  This data - the sort of data regularly and routinely used in criminal investigations to track the location and movements of suspects - documents the activity of multiple "mules" servicing routes of voting drop boxes - a minimum of ten drop boxes per route - and videoed stuffing multiple ballots into those drop boxes. Again, the scale of the fraud was credibly shown to be more than adequate to change the results of the election in the areas monitored - areas that were key to the overall outcome of the federal election. There is much more unanswered evidence of 2020 election fraud that could be cited here, but time and space do not allow. 

What is really at stake in all this has nothing to do with Donald Trump or Joe Biden. It has everything to do with the integrity of the nation's electoral system. If the system is sound and true, we still live in a democratic Republic under a government of the people, by the people, for the people. But if our elections have been compromised, we are no longer a free people but are subject to the arbitrary dictates of those who have corrupted and manipulated the electoral system to their own ends.  

I call the writers of this “report” seditionists because, in their fanatical hatred of Donald Trump, they are choosing deliberately to ignore or speciously argue away the growing mountain of election fraud evidence and are perpetrating the lie that our elections are sound when they obviously are not. This is a lie that strikes at the very heart of our Republic. If the fraud is not confronted and remedied, the Republic is down.

That is the issue, and every patriotic citizen has a right and duty to be focused on it. Our elections must not only be free and fair but be seen by the citizenry to be free and fair. If fully half the people have lost confidence in the honestly of our elections, as is indeed the case at present, that alone constitutes a deadly and potentially existential schism in our society. 

We are told, of course, that Trump has “lost” all his court cases. These, invariably, are cases disallowed based on specious technicalities, such as supposed lack of standing, never based on a review of the actual evidence of fraud. Indeed, no such evidentiary inquiry - no thorough examination of evidence - has heretofore taken place or been allowed by a timorous, anti-Trump legal system. Thus it is imperative that the people's broad-based concerns about election integrity be openly addressed and, by means of careful inquiry conducted in sight of all the people, laid to rest.

Those who oppose such an open and thorough examination of evidence, as do the writers of this piece - "Move along, folks... nothing to see here"... Move along!" - clearly know they have something to hide and, by virtue of their dishonest stonewalling, reveal the true stuff they are made of and give a clear indication of where the truth actually lies.

The credibility of WHAT you argue is directly a function of HOW you argue.

Find the truth in the methodology of argument. The truth cuts its own way and can be argued for in an honest, open manner that does not insult the intelligence of those it seeks to persuade. Deceit cannot be so argued.

Notwithstanding the writers' claim to have rebutted all assertions of major election fraud, they have done no such thing.  Their claim, again, is an insult to intelligence. Any informed person who has been paying attention to the unfolding evidence and ongoing election fraud inquiries - and the frantic anti-Trump response to it - knows the writers' claim to be patently false. And since they themselves know their claim is untrue, they need to be called out for the liars and seditionists they are. 

If the 2020 election was indeed stolen - and the weight of evidence indicates it clearly was - and the theft allowed to stand, America is finished as a free people and nation.
