Rot in the Bones of America
In another forum, in response to concerns expressed regarding widespread fraud in the 2020 election resulting disastrously in a stolen election and the elevation to power of an illegitimate, America-hating, seditious, treasonous regime (by their fruits ye shall know them), one participant - I’ll call him Smith - contributed the following:
“Neither of the last two elections [2020 and 2022] were stolen. Both were lost because the Dems outplayed the Republicans who were asleep as local Dem political operatives changed rules without challenges, who squawked about bundling/vote harvesting instead of doing it and who, most importantly, instead of chasing votes as soon as the polls opened, instead advised waiting for election day. Hopefully, the Republicans have learned the failure of their ways and will get smart and aggressive in playing the game by the new rules in 2024.”
Smith ludicrously blames the 2020 election theft on the victims of the theft - the Republican Party, Donald Trump and his supporters - not the thieves themselves, the seditious, lawless Democrat political machine. He further ignores the massive weight of evidence that proves decisive election fraud in 2020. Here are a few items that come immediately to mind:
Massive hacking of electronic voting machines nationwide, manufacturing enough votes by this means alone to swing the election in Biden’s favor. (See Mike Lindell’s “Cyber Symposium” - not surprisingly, a challenge to Lindell’s damning data is ongoing in court)
Documented ballot-stuffing in key swing states on a scale, again, more than sufficient, by this means alone, to steal the election from Donald Trump. (See Dinesh DeSouza’s “2,000 Mules” documentary.
In the key swing state of Georgia, tubs full of illegal ballots hidden under tables in ballot counting areas and brought out and run through ballot-counting machines after hours, after Republican observers were told to go home. Biden’s winning vote margin in Geogia was only 12,000 votes. (Trump is being prosecuted in Georgia for protesting the 2020 election results there.)
Election laws illegally manipulated in key swing states in favor of Democrats.
A semi-truck load of illegal ballots moved surreptitiously across state lines into Pennsylvania - a key swing state. Biden won there by 80,000 votes. How many ballots can you pack into a 40-foot container hauled by a semi-truck?
A corrupt legal system that systematically refused to consider evidence of election fraud.
The deliberate suppression by the FBI of the truth about the Biden influence-peddling scheme revealed in Hunter Biden’s laptop - truth that would have changed the votes of many - more than enough to change the outcome of the 2020 election.
Considering all that together - and of course there’s more - would you call that election fraud?
Smith - intellectually, morally and spiritually corrupt - admires and justifies the flagrant electoral lawlessness of the Democrat Party so clearly manifest in the 2020 election - and blatantly, in 2022, in Arizona - as nothing more than “the new rules of the game” - the Democrats simply "outplaying" those from whom they stole the election.
In so doing Smith dismisses with contempt the very lifeblood of the American nation - the rule of law - as something to be cast aside by either political party and trampled upon willy-nilly for the sake of political expediency - whatever it takes to seize and keep power - no holds barred.
Instead of confronting election theft in the context of the rule of law as any crime would be confronted in a law-abiding society, getting to the truth of the matter by open and honest investigation and holding to account those who committed the crime, Smith is saying the Republicans should embrace “the new rules” of lawlessness, and proceed to cheat and steal just like the Democrats do.
To hell with the rule of law.
This, needless to say, is a spirit utterly alien to the philosophy, rules of lawful societal order and God-based moral and spiritual values America was founded on - the dynamics that made our nation great.
Though it might not appear so at first glance, people like Smith, if they ever possessed them, have abandoned the most basic concepts of right and wrong, good and evil. Rather than stand and fight for a principle as vital as the rule of law, they ignominiously acquiesce when it is challenged. Let’s just live by “the new rules of the game”.
Subtly corrupt and invertebrate intellectually, morally and spiritually, these are people who may live next door and peaceably go about their business every day. They don’t look like anarchists, but anarchy is the logical outcome of their lawless mindset. In pursuit of their own self-interest, or lacking the spine to stand up for principle, they have quietly abandoned and support the overthrow of the one principle that holds our free society together - the rule of law. They provide us good current examples of the banality evil - what some people, in pursuit of their own selfish interests, are willing to have other people suffer. Once this lawless mindset is broadly adopted, all things ultimately become possible, including this:
In this case the evil - the total loss of integrity of our electoral process - if it is not confronted and remedied, will be absolutely fatal to our free and democratic Republic. No longer will we have a government “of the people, for the people, by the people”. We will continue to have what we are suffering consequent to the stolen 2020 election - a kleptocracy - a dictatorship of thieves - an absolute disaster.
Freedom never was free. As President Reagan observed, it must be fought for in every generation:
“Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction. We didn’t pass it to our children in the bloodstream. It must be fought for, protected and handed on for them to do the same, or one day we will spend our sunset years telling our children and our children’s children what it was once like in the United States where men were free.”
Far from being any part of a solution, lily-livered people like Smith are, in their corrupt persons, the very definition of the problem - intellectual, moral and spiritual rot in the bones of the nation.
People like them will be the death of America.
