This morning when I fired up my computer, my Yahoo homepage had a news item about “4B women”, who, outraged at Donald Trump’s smashing victory - a landslide supported by, among many other groups, a majority of American men - have conveniently determined they will no longer consort with men nor have their babies.
In response to this article, I scrolled down to the comments section and offered these thoughts:
“We owe these women a profound debt of gratitude. By refusing to associate with men or have their babies, they have rendered a great unselfish service to humanity and, as an illustrious group, are certainly serious contenders for this year’s Darwin Awards. By voluntarily removing themselves from the gene pool of the human family, they have ensured both an overall increase in humanity’s collective IQ and future crops of much better-looking females - something that will certainly be welcomed by the males of the species. More power to them!”
I was shocked - shocked, I tell you - when Yahoo - providing yet more evidence of why Trump won in a landslide - responded to inform me that my comments had been rejected because they did not meet their “community guidelines”.
