Anybody out there still worried that the earth is about to be burned to a cinder because of our selfish and unconscionable use of hydrocarbon fuels to drive our economy, keep us warm, move us around and fertilize our crops? Anyone out there believe mankind must climb back up into the trees and return to the Stone Age in order to save the planet? What percentage of the people do you suppose still believe this nonsense - the Big Climate Change Lie?
Referring to an article in Harvard Magazine that, in essence, simply and uncritically takes “climate change” as a given and attacks those who think otherwise, a friend in another forum, while noting the glaring deficiencies in the piece, nevertheless observed, "What is uncertain is whether today’s civilization is having a meaningful influence over Earth's climate." Here below is my response:
For those who have bothered to inform themselves - and, tragically, as always, that excludes the great mass of herdable useful idiots who mindlessly embrace anything and everything served up to them from any supposed "authority" - there is no uncertainty at all. What the evidence shows is that any impact on global temperature and climate consequent to civilization's use of fossil fuels is in fact miniscule and does not remotely merit the scaremongering and vast money- and power-grab being perpetrated on the world in the name of "climate change". Indeed, every other word coming out of the mouths of the demons who seek control over our lives and resources is either “climate change!” or “pandemic!” - always intended to terrorize the population into submitting to their dictates.
In fact, changes in global temperature and climate are overwhelmingly determined by the earth's dynamic relationship with the sun, not by atmospheric CO2 - which, incredibly, the climate change fanatics have designated a “poison”, notwithstanding the gas being essential to the existence of plant and animal life - your life - on the planet. Indeed, current low levels of atmospheric CO2, rather than posing some kind of climate threat, are bordering on being too low adequately to sustain the plant life that all animal life depends on.

There is no real-world evidence that CO2 ever was through geologic time, is now, or likely ever will be the primary or even a significant driver of global temperature and climate. The following graph of atmospheric CO2 through geologic time - going back 600 million years - reveals the utter lack of correlation between CO2 and global temperature. In this graph you see periods of millions of years when temperature was flat while CO2 rose dramatically, periods when temperature fell dramatically while CO2 was rising, periods when CO2 fell while temperature rose, and so on - all indicating no causal relationship between CO2 and temperature:
Moreover, there is no real-world evidence that human use of fossil fuels ever had, has now, or likely ever will have primary or even significant impact on global temperature and climate trends. The following graph is from "Environmental Effects of Increased Atmospheric Carbon Dioxide":

Solar activity, Northern Hemisphere temperature, and glacier lengths show a low in about 1800. Hydrocarbon use is uncorrelated with temperature. Temperature rose for a century before significant hydrocarbon use. Temperature rose between 1910 and 1940, while hydrocarbon use was almost unchanged. Temperature then fell between 1940 and 1972, while hydrocarbon use rose by 330%. Also, the 150 to 200-year slopes of the sea level and glacier trends were unchanged by the very large increase in hydrocarbon use after 1940.
Along with other worldclass money- and power-grabs, such as the vastly and deliberately exaggerated Covid-19 pseudo-pandemic and the multi-billion-dollar deadly Covid-19 mRNA vaccine fraud, man-made global warming/climate change is a colossal swindle perpetrated on the world by self-interested, money- and power-hungry individuals inside and outside of government. It is supported by bought-and-paid-for pseudo-science, marketed by means of doomsaying and scaremongering, and targeted at the weak-minded and gullible. Those who buy into or otherwise support this fraud reveal the corruption either of their minds or motives - or both.
So, what’ll it be? You can inform yourself, be immune to the swindle and, as much as possible in an increasingly totalitarian world, keep control of your life and resources, or remain uninformed and herdable. The Global Predators are depending on you to do the latter:
